Our services

We help facilities source equipment and get it home.

Buying medical equipment overseas is rarely a purchase — it is a chain of small decisions where any one link can go wrong. We take on that chain end to end, from finding the manufacturer to handing over a working machine in Ghana.

End to end

Six services that make up one job.

Most clients start with one of these and end up using all six. They are priced as a single engagement, not billed piecemeal.

Equipment sourcing

You describe the requirement; we shortlist manufacturers who can actually meet it. We compare specification, certification, warranty and lead time — not just unit price — and present you real options rather than one take-it-or-leave-it quote.

  • Manufacturer shortlisting
  • Specification matching
  • Landed-cost quotations

Verification & quality control

Our team is based where the equipment is made, so inspection is a visit rather than a phone call. We check the goods against the order, confirm certification marks, test what can be tested and photograph your actual units before they are packed.

  • Pre-shipment inspection
  • CE / ISO documentation checks
  • Photographic sign-off

Consolidation & freight

Separate orders become one shipment. We consolidate at our warehouse, crate fragile items properly and choose the freight mode that suits the cargo — air for urgent or delicate equipment, sea for beds, furniture and bulk consumables.

  • Order consolidation
  • Export crating
  • Air and sea freight booking

Customs clearing & delivery

We prepare the documentation, clear at Tema Harbour or Kotoka International Airport, and arrange onward delivery to your facility — in Accra or upcountry. One invoice covers goods, freight and clearing.

  • Import documentation
  • Port clearing
  • Door delivery nationwide

Installation & orientation

Equipment that needs commissioning gets it. We arrange set-up on site for anaesthesia machines, autoclaves, ventilators and theatre tables, and walk the staff who will use it through daily operation and routine care.

  • On-site set-up
  • Staff orientation
  • Operating and service manuals

Spares & re-ordering

The relationship does not end at delivery. Because we know which units you are running, re-orders for electrodes, circuits, gaskets, filters and disposables are a message rather than a fresh procurement exercise.

  • Consumable re-orders
  • Spare parts sourcing
  • Service referrals

Shipping to Ghana

Two routes. One landed price.

Ghana is where most of what we ship ends up, and we quote freight the way clients actually experience it — as part of the cost of the machine, not a surprise that arrives later.

Equipment accessories checked and laid out before packing
Air freight≈ 2 weeks door to door

For urgent replacements, delicate electronics and anything a ward cannot run without. Higher freight cost, far shorter wait.

Best for: ECG machines · monitors · ventilators · laryngoscopes

Sea freight≈ 6 – 9 weeks door to door

The economical route for anything heavy or bulky. Consolidating several orders into one container is where facilities save most.

Best for: Hospital beds · furniture · theatre tables · bulk consumables

We deliver principally to Ghana — Accra, Kumasi, Takoradi, Tamale and upcountry facilities — and can ship onward to neighbouring West African countries on request.

How it works

Six steps between a request and a working ward.

Sourcing from overseas goes wrong in predictable places. Our process is built around closing each of those gaps before it costs you money.

01

You tell us what you need

A model number, a photo, or just a description of the problem you are trying to solve. We work from any of them.

02

We source and verify

We shortlist manufacturers, check certification and warranty terms, and quote you landed cost — not just the factory price.

03

Inspection before packing

Nothing leaves the factory floor unseen. We inspect, test where possible, and send you photographs of your actual units.

04

Consolidated and shipped

Air freight for urgent or delicate items, sea freight for volume. We consolidate orders so you pay one freight bill.

05

Cleared and delivered

Customs documentation, clearing at Tema or Kotoka, and delivery to your facility door in Accra or upcountry.

06

Installed and supported

Set-up, staff orientation on the equipment, and a line back to us for spare parts and consumable re-orders.

Questions

The things people ask us first.

If your question is not here, ask it in the form below — we will answer it properly rather than send you a brochure.

Do you sell directly from this website?

No. This site is a showcase of what we source — there is no cart and no checkout. Everything is quoted individually, because freight, configuration and quantity change the price more than the equipment itself does.

Can you source something that is not shown here?

Usually, yes. The catalogue on this site reflects what we move most often, not the limit of what we can find. Send us a model number, a photograph or a description and we will come back with options.

How long does delivery to Ghana take?

Air freight typically runs about two weeks door to door once an order is confirmed. Sea freight is materially cheaper for beds, furniture and bulk consumables, and normally lands in six to nine weeks.

What about installation and training?

For equipment that needs it — anaesthesia machines, autoclaves, ventilators — we arrange set-up on site and orientation for the staff who will use it day to day.

Do you handle customs clearing?

Yes. We prepare the documentation and clear at Tema Harbour or Kotoka International Airport, then deliver to your facility. You receive one invoice covering goods, freight and clearing.

Can we order spare parts and consumables later?

That is much of what we do. Once a facility is on our books, re-orders for electrodes, circuits, gaskets, filters and syringes are straightforward — we already know the units you are running.
