Sourcing for Ghana & West Africa
We find the right manufacturer, inspect the goods before they leave the factory floor, and ship them to your facility — beds and theatre tables to autoclaves, ventilators and everyday consumables.

What we supply
From the ward floor to the theatre suite. If it is not listed here, ask — most of what we ship starts as a request from a client.

Every consignment is inspected and photographed before packing. You approve your actual units, not a catalogue picture.
What we actually do
Our team sits where the equipment is made. That proximity is the whole offer: we can walk a factory floor, check a serial plate and hold a shipment before it becomes your problem.
We start from your requirement and work outwards to the manufacturer — rather than pushing whatever happens to be in a warehouse.
Goods, freight, insurance and clearing quoted together, so the number you approve is the number you pay.
Spare parts, consumable re-orders and service questions go to the same team that sold you the unit.

Why facilities keep coming back
The hard part of importing equipment is not finding a supplier — it is knowing whether the one you found will deliver what they promised. We stand between you and that question, and we do not get paid for guessing.

How it works
Sourcing from overseas goes wrong in predictable places. Our process is built around closing each of those gaps before it costs you money.
A model number, a photo, or just a description of the problem you are trying to solve. We work from any of them.
We shortlist manufacturers, check certification and warranty terms, and quote you landed cost — not just the factory price.
Nothing leaves the factory floor unseen. We inspect, test where possible, and send you photographs of your actual units.
Air freight for urgent or delicate items, sea freight for volume. We consolidate orders so you pay one freight bill.
Customs documentation, clearing at Tema or Kotoka, and delivery to your facility door in Accra or upcountry.
Set-up, staff orientation on the equipment, and a line back to us for spare parts and consumable re-orders.
In their words
We had been quoted twice the price locally for the same autoclave. What mattered more was that the unit arrived working, with the manual and a spare gasket in the box.
Procurement Lead
Private hospital, Accra
They sent photographs of our actual beds on the factory floor before packing. That single step removed the part of importing that always kept me up at night.
Facility Administrator
Mission hospital, Ashanti Region
The consolidation saved us the most. Four separate orders, one container, one clearing bill — and the ECG consumables re-order now takes a WhatsApp message.
Medical Director
Polyclinic, Takoradi
Client names are withheld at their request. References available on enquiry for facilities considering a large order.
Questions
If your question is not here, ask it in the form below — we will answer it properly rather than send you a brochure.
No. This site is a showcase of what we source — there is no cart and no checkout. Everything is quoted individually, because freight, configuration and quantity change the price more than the equipment itself does.
Usually, yes. The catalogue on this site reflects what we move most often, not the limit of what we can find. Send us a model number, a photograph or a description and we will come back with options.
Air freight typically runs about two weeks door to door once an order is confirmed. Sea freight is materially cheaper for beds, furniture and bulk consumables, and normally lands in six to nine weeks.
For equipment that needs it — anaesthesia machines, autoclaves, ventilators — we arrange set-up on site and orientation for the staff who will use it day to day.
Yes. We prepare the documentation and clear at Tema Harbour or Kotoka International Airport, then deliver to your facility. You receive one invoice covering goods, freight and clearing.
That is much of what we do. Once a facility is on our books, re-orders for electrodes, circuits, gaskets, filters and syringes are straightforward — we already know the units you are running.
